I guess we now know who will replace Marty in 2014. Meanwhile physco Tortorella and fragil pyche Loungo remain together in Vancouver. Where is the joker popcorn gif.

How big a shocker would it be if Van still moved Luongo? There are goalies out there...

Unless Pierre Gauthier is the GM of another team at the moment, Luongo has no chance of getting traded. A buyout maybe?

During Sakic's speech leading up to McKinnon's selection, the fans seemed to be chanting "F#ck You Bettman" or Sakic. Were they really chanting that?

I heard it as mar-tees bet-ter in reference to Patrick Roy standing on the stage.

That's what I thought, too.

Well, newly drafted Coyotes goalie Brendan Burke gets to say he was a member of his hometown team for the 2-3 days it remains his hometown team.

Looking at the Blue Jackets' first round haul, and I think I like the kids they took at 19 and 27 better than Alex Wennberg at 14. I'm sure Jarmo had a reason to take Wennberg that high, he knows the europeans well from his days with Jokerit, but Kerby Rychel looks like he could be a good, big, NHLer very soon.

Having three picks in the first round is fun.
