BaltimoreFan
I've been waiting for this for a long time. I just hope the pitching staff can hold up the entire season. Then again they only have to stay decent, because their offense is scary and can score alot of runs.

Mac6674
But the good news is, Cabrera pitched well. I know it's early, but this O's team is shaping up like the '02 Angels; hit a ton, get just enough out of your starter, and have a bullpen that can lock it down. If they can stay in it and trade for a starter come July, they'll have a shot at making some noise. Is it me, or did the Yankee moves smack of desperation? And was I the only one giggling like a schoolgirl during the highlights of Kevin Brown getting smacked around AGAIN?

I think it's hilarious to see the Yankees basically hitting the panic button in May.

eddie010
GAH!! I turn off the tele in the bottom of the 8th, trusting Halladay with a 1-0 lead and knowing that he was going on 16-straight shutout innings and that he was capable of shutting down those damn Orioles, and THIS HAPPENS?! That is quite the embarassing outcome, not to mention the fact that Camden Yards drew the lowest crowds in its history during this series, but that's another story. Fortunately, I know the Doc can bounce back and return to his Cy Young-ian form, plus this upcoming home-swing looks good; Chicago is beatable and KC is, well, KC. So chin up, boys, let's regroup and get back to where we belong: the top of the division!

Mac6674
The Yanks are clinging to a one game lead over the D-Rays. How great is that?I know it's early, but historically speaking, the odds are pretty good that the O's can hang on for at least a wild card spot, and pretty stacked against the Yankees already.
