Damn now I can't unsee that. But weird-looking numbers are nothing new for Stewart-Haas. Look at what Chase Briscoe ran when he was in the 98 car in Xfinity. The two digits look like they're from different fonts.

I like the uniforms themselves, but you have only one that doesn't have block numbers. When the numbers are such a huge portion of a football uniform, it gets rather boring to look at the same font over and over and over again. That's my issue with all of your football concepts, the insistence on using a block font for every uniform.

The link to the athletic website no longer works. I wonder if UCF paid HCA off to take the wordmark.

You've got some pretty good things going on in the uniforms. My one complaint is that all the number fonts are the same, and that takes away from the uniqueness of the individual identities.

Please let us know the resolution? I'm curious about what happens.

I'd love it if they and The Rock (XFL) worked together to form one big spring league.

Speaking of schools dropping "Crusaders," Evangel University, an NAIA school in Springfield, Missouri, dropped the Crusaders nickname in favor of Valor. So the teams will now be known as the Evangel Valor. New logo:

My relatively uneducated hunch: they're a D3 school. They will probably run through that cycle of uniforms through at least this academic year.

To be fair, they're Division 3 in all sports but Lacrosse (both genders), which are D1.

Did T-Mobile buy Bandai Namco? That's the vibe I get from this logo with the pink and black, as well as the speech bubble, which to me indicates communications.

Not only that, but the PAC-12 has become much less relevant in football and men's BB as a whole. The conference hasn't been to the College Football Playoff since 2016. In men's BB, it has become, at best, a 4-bid league, which is not great for a Power 5 conference.

I like the second of the new ones. That still clearly shows the collar and is just cleaner.

See... you have an "M" in light blue on the bottom left of the logo, so the name "Michigan Panthers" works for this logo.

These are all pretty awesome. I'd love to see what you do with UMass Lowell in the Northeast. They've got the Tsongas Center that they could conceivably play in, and they have not had football since the early 90s, when they were a D2 school.

That "TSU" mark is retro. It's a carryover from the legacy set. That said, massive upgrade from the stock tiger.

For me, I don't know about Scottish clans. If I were to hear a "The" before the word clan/Klan, I'd think of the KKK. Otherwise, just hearing the word "clan" would make me think of just a general group of people. It's not a word that's in my vernacular, but that's my association with it. That said, even that tangential connection, especially when you'd be referring to the team in a way like, "We beat The Clan in basketball," would bring that association without context. Could SFU have gotten away with not changing the name? I feel like, from my vantage point in New Hampshire, that they totally could have. However, I don't know what kind of uproar there was or wasn't in western Canada for the nickname of an NCAA D2 institution. But, being able to get away with not changing the name and it being a prudent thing to do to change the name are different things. If they come up with a unique nickname, that would be awesome.
