    Pretty sure it is. I know UNLV operates it and they're mulling the future of the venue now. Maybe the XFL wants a longer lease and UNLV isnt sure how long it would be available.

    Maybe to the two bye weeks, but a standard mid season break would never happen. Theres no chance the league would just go dormant for a week and have nothing to broadcast.

    Loans work in soccer leagues since they generally dont compete directly. Loans within one league (NFL for example) where there are no equal alternative is essentially a temporary contract and is likely against the CBA.

    Unfortunately that's hard to avoid if a municipality is providing funding to the project. They need commitments from the team to remain so there's a return on any funds spent. As for the the Rays, a 30 year term was a little excessive for a building that at the time the Rays began was already going on 10 years old. A 10-15 year lease would have made more sense.

    Probably in November when the teams can sell the jerseys too. I know there was a good amount of gear sold for the Lightning.

    I'm really hoping for a gray body of the jersey since the original jersey's yoke was gray, but my guts telling me it'll be white.

    Not sure what you're saying, because https://www.mlb.com/postseason has the times set for Friday. ATL @ PHI is 437pm ET LAD @ SD is 837pm ET ...and PHI @ ATL Game 5 (if necessary) is Sunday at 437pm.

    In Florida, especially downtown Tampa near the water, you cant really dig down into the ground for parking. The water table is only a few feet down and would flood anything down there. This is why most if not all of the Florida peninsula doesnt have basements.

    CUSA pretty much went from mid tier G5 to low tier G5. The Sun Belt and CUSA essentially swapped.

    No one has said a new road uni is coming. Marc Topkin, the beat writer for the Tampa Bay Times has said a few times that all that is known is the gray uniform is being phased out.

    If you told me after these first four games (@ Dal, @ NO, v GB, v KC) the Buccaneers would be 2-2 I would have said that was the most likely outcome, and it happened.

    I had initially thought it might have something to do with Hispanic Heritage Month, but the change only happened once the clinching game was met. I'm not reading anything into it, as from whats been reported its not supposed to be an identity change, just dropping the gray road unis.

    I know that in the qualifiers of past years that some uniforms were different than what was worn in the deeper rounds in March. Japan might be the only team that wears something other than Nike/New Era.

    The plan was to have the throwback endzones with the blue throwback uniforms, not the white throwback inspired Color Rush.

    I guess theyre looking for a dome to assure the game happens. Bucs are practicing in Miami this week. I figured with Miami in Cincinnati on Thursday, the Bucs in Miami would make the most sense. Edit: reading the last sentence of this article makes sense. Leave resources in Florida and move the game out of state.
