No way any of Oregon, Washington, Notre Dame, UNC, etc. would stay in conferences that add Coastal Carolina, San Jose State, UTSA, Old Dominion and the like. That's a sign of desperation and any legit Power 5 school would high tail it out of there as soon as the idea was being entertained.
