The Seahawks, the most "how to epically own your racist uncle back home with facts and logic" team getting a Thanksgiving game just shows that the nation is healing and the vibe is shifting. The all-green is still a bit much, though.

I don't like how the evening game never has the same Thanksgiving vibe as the Cowboys & Lions games. I think the Cardinals are the only team on the west coast that fits and wouldn't mind them hosting every year.

The evening game should always be open for any team, as it has been.  You can't force a tradition like the Lions or Cowboys have done and expect it to stick.

But if you're worried about the traditional Thanksgiving vibe, the evening game should feature teams in throwback uniforms. This year, the 49ers understood the assignment. The Seahawks very much did not.

At this point, the Seahawks in action green kinda is their traditional vibe.

It's their thing. Until this year, we hadn't seen the royal and silver look for two decades.

I get your argument, but full on color rush barf pea soup green is not their traditional look at all. I would probably agree with you if they rolled out in navy over gray or something. But not this garbage.

It's not about making a tradition, it's all about aesthetics. Cardinals vs Chiefs feels like a Thanksgiving game in a way that Titans vs Chargers does not
