Offense: Shaun Alexander, 165 yds, 3 TDs

Defense: Darren Sharper, 3 INTs, 1 TD

Completely unbiased opinion...

Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves, not one of ya mentioned Nate Vashier name at all,all he did was ran a missed field goal back 108 yards.

Hines Ward.

Passes up John Stallworth to become Steelers all-time receptions leader.

And that makes him player of the week how? Shawn Alexander became the first NFL player to rush for 15 touchdowns in 5 consecutive seasons. Neither stat means a damn thing...

I totally agree.

Coming in second for Offensive Player of the Week would be Roy Williams with his 3 TDs.

If you think the guy who had a 108 kick run back was POW, you're crazy.

Well, it's not every week a player passes up a few Hall of Famers on his team's all-time stats list. I agree it would be more ceremonial than based on statisitical merit, but whatever. I didn't expect anyone to agree.
