They said that the official announcement would be made next Tuesday, the 22nd. Thats not saying that they didn't get bogus info but the way they announced it made it sound like it was accurate. nugent4president Posted November 18, 2005 Share Posted November 18, 2005 Let me say from personal experience, the original Brigade (playing in BEA-U-TIFUL ROCHESTER, NY) was a poor af2 team. Rochester is the minor league sports capital of the country seemingly (we have a baseball, soccer, hockey and basketball team, as well as professional indoor and outdoor lax), but this team maybe averaged 3,000 a game and just never made an impact in the community. They are registered by the company running the http://www.arenafootballkc.com website. http://www.kcbombers.com seems to be almost up, and has what appears to be the same style as http://www.arenafootballkc.com.Too soon to tell. Interesting, my former middle school moved into a new school complex, got new logos along with it...and they use this logo in black and gold. Actually, St. Louis had an AFL team named the Stampede, and I'm sure is one of the reasons they didn't want to be named the Stampede.
