I'm not trying to be mean but do you honestly think that is an improvement over the current logo? Does that design make any sense whatsoever? Does the D being a different color than the rest of the wordmark seem logical AT ALL? Think before you post. Now, if you can come up with a valid concept, worthy of constructive criticism, I will not hesitate to tell you what I think needs to be improved on. Why?In getting rid of the eyepatch, your Raider now has two left eyes, right down to the eyebrow, the creases of the eyes, the cheekbone and lacrimal carnucle (where the lacrimal duct opens onto the surface of the eye, where tears come from).You also didn't finish your recolorization; there's a jagged black outline on his face, and white spaces inside his chinstrap.With a name like "RookieOfTheYear", you'd expect more than this... Coast2CoastAM2006 Posted March 18, 2006 Share Posted March 18, 2006 it also to some extent screams 49ers but with silver. sorta like the 49ers and raiders merged. i would suggest dropping the red/maroon from the scheme. i would go with gold but use it as simple trim. my other suggestion is to make it meaner, which is probably my whole issue with the raiders logo. which is it looks like it belongs to a set of fans from a totally different generation. its almost too conservative for the current generation of fans. To quote Bill Parcells, "No disrepect to the Orientals", but the Raider he kinda looks Asian to me. But seriously, the red D and changing the shield to an oval, not happening bro.
