Perfect Zero
Eh, I don't mind the taste. The green brings it over the top, with the two shades of blue.

CZzyzx41
I don't like it but only because it says NFC Champions and it's a team other than the Bucs. -DanielCheck Out My Podcast! STL FANATIC
So now that The Danimal knows he used some poor and potentially offensive terminology to express his opinion, we can get back to the topic at hand. (Mind you I have no problem with him being called out...he should have been, and I appreciate everyone doing it in a civil manner.)Its a decent logo, but I don't like the white outline on the 2005, and as others have said, why celebrate 2nd place too much? If this is just a graphic for their website, fine, but if this goes on the uniforms or anything too much, I dunno, it's just sorta sad. I don't like the white outline, either. As far as "second place," I guess that's a side effect, but being a conference champion is something noteworthy in itself.I'm with you - not for the uniforms. This isn't MLB, where winning a pennant is its own goal. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.

Having biological urges towards those of the same gender makes it gay.Promoting second place makes it lame. Yeah, it's lame. It is just as lame as a team having a logo for winning their division or something like that. Special logos for be Championships, not runner ups. (All-Star Games and anniversaries are a different thing in it self).BTW, are the Seahawks gonna have a 30th anniversary logo or peatch this year??? goforbroke
the stripe across the N makes it kinda hard to see that its an N,, i mean i know its the NFC logo but idk with the middle star covered up its a little hard to tell what it is if u didnt already know. It looks like an H with 2 stars not an N with 3. where are they gonna use that? i mean to promote it all year is pretty bad. maybe just opening day or somethingand they used the 30th anniversey patch last yr didnt they? rfpierce
Like the logo or not, winning a conference is a championship. For example, should all NCAA football conference champions turn in their championship rings because they didn't win the National Title? No. I understand the gaudyness (sp?) of promoting it all year, but in the past the Seahawks haven't done that. For example, they rarely promoted their 30th season logo last year. Just sparingly in and around the stadium and on the website. I envision a beg deal for the home opener then it will probably be buried. And remember, this is their first one. It's kinda special. sbutler66
I think the logo is fantastic. Really nice job of incorporating the team's colours, and also i really like the green. It would have looked washed out if they used white instead, or used one of the blues again. I also like the fact that the green also has a tie in, correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the green an homage to Washington, the Emerald State? Furthermore just because they produce a logo doesn't mean they are celebrating, or are satisfied with second place. I think winning the conference is an achievement that should be recognised and to be proud of, but obviously they'll aim for that one last win.
