Congratulations! You, sir, have wasted your money! Hopefully someone payed you to take these jerseys from them. Still, they aren't as bad as 'Wild Wing', although the Lightning jersey looks like it was the creation of a bunch of 6-year-olds :hockeysmiley: .

Engine, Engine, Number Nine, on the New York transit line,

If my train goes off the track, pick it up! Pick it up! Pick it up!

Back on the scene, crispy and clean,

You can try, but then why, 'cause you can't intervene.

We be the outcast, down for the settle. Won't play the rock, won't play the pebble.

Don't knock the Lightning jersey, lest it get ugly around here in a hurry. That sweater's a thing of beauty, made even better by the original "electric" number font. Pics forthcoming, after the weekend.

(I was this close to a Wild Wing jersey earlier this week, but bailed at $150)

For all the bird de lis haters I think the bird de lis isnt supposed to be a pelican and a fleur de lis I think its just a fleur de lis with a pelicans head. Thats what it looks like to me. Also the flair around the tip of the beak is just flair that fleur de lis have sometimes source I am from NOLA.

Agreed on the electric font. I really would like to get mine personalized but I cannot bring myself to put anything but that font on their.

I was lucky on finding the WildWing for $50 on a Buy It Now. $150 is more than I would pay also. Hard decision though, I know the pain.

The Kings' is not a pretty jersey, but that king's head logo is great.

Also, as far as garish thirds go, the Tampa one is pretty decent. Much better than any of the abortive non-retro attempts that the 'Nucks have ever gone with.

The Kings jersey I found on ebay, and the Lightning one I got from the same dealer as I got the Wildwing one from in Selkirk, Manitoba - home of the oddest jerseys of the 1990s.

So, I am only missing the Canucks Red one from the 90s, as well as the dark Isles Fisherman.

My collection now includes:

Nordiques

Wildwing Ducks

"Burger" Kings Alt

Lightning Storm Alt

Coyotes Desert Scene Alt

30+ assorted oddities & non-oddities, which I will be picture cataloguing in the near future.

I guess I also need a Whalers one.

Spoiler

New York Rangers. Stanley Cup Champions - 1928, 1933, 1940, 1994. Saskatchewan. Cold. 1905-2022.
