Watching Tyrell Johnson try to throw his body in to arguably the most physical receiver in the game is a joke who teaches these Safeties to tackle.

And the Vikings are really missing Antoine Winfield it finally took a team with all these weapons to expose the one weakness on that defense.

So the Vikings' problems on offence tonight are the result of them "getting hit hard at one position." In no way is Brett Farve responsible.

Precisely. Glad you're starting to get it. :)

I've been rallying against the constant Brett fawning since '05 :P

Well it's questionable play calling and offensive lineman injuries I don't think that's Brett's fault.

He's thrown some less then stellar passes thus far. I'm not saying the Vikings' woes are all his fault, but he's far from blameless either. Football's a team game. There's blame to go around, and some of that's Favre's fault.

Also, Collinsworth and Michaels' whole "we get the criticism BUT...." exchange was basically a "here's why you're all wrong, and Brett Farve is indeed the greatest QB of all time..." piece.

What's up with the Vikings' wide receivers?? St. Favre isn't looking like St. Favre tonight!

I blame the wind. And the Cardinals defencive backs for having the audacity to attempt to get between Farve and his receivers. Didn't they get the league memo?

As Lee Corso would say on the NCAA Football video games, ''Just pound the football''. But the time for All Day might be gone if the Vikes don't go down and score to begin the half.

So THIS is what happens when Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings play a REAL CONTENDER....

Let's see if Al and Cris continue to blame Brett's poor performance on his uninjured arm.

The tackling in the NFL has been atrocious for a good decade or so. There's too much hitting going on and not enough tackling, and it's showing.

This is just a battle of the gunslinger's.

One of whom was just sacked for a fourteen yard loss, and then threw his second pick of the night.

And another piss-poor 3rd down for the Vikes .... definitely the O-line's fault.

Where is the Favre bashing going to get anyone two f'ing games out of the season he has a bad game and if anyone expected this season out him is lying to themselves. It's a joke.

The real joke has been Minnesota's schedule thus far. Wins against the Browns, Lions twice, 49ers, Rams, Ravens, Packers twice, Seahwaks, Bears. That's the primary reason why they're 10-1, now 10-2.

Nobody in the NFC North can help their schedule, yes Brett had a horrible game but Peterson didn't get anything going and the defense wasn't at there best and losing Henderson and Griffin makes that even worse.
