So...I whipped this up using Microsoft Word, the snipping tool, and ImageShack and I thought I would share it with you nice folks. It will most likely be updated every week, it includes the current seeding, and my predictions for the games. So what are we waiting for? Here it is!

I agree in the NFC, although I don't think the Jets are beating Indy. I'd see a Pats/Giants superbowl with the Giants once again snatching a title from Brady and friends.

You NFC Divisional round is backwards... the Bucs would play the Giants and the Packers would be going to Atlanta.

Oh :censored: . That was a stupid mistake. I fixed it above.

EDIT: Oops. I need to fix 1 more thing, hold on.

EDIT #2: Fixed it. Should be all good now.

That's a cool idea, very nice!

I've had a feeling that the Ravens would take the AFC, but the NFC has been so strange in my mind this year (SEATTLE and TAMPA BAY?? WTF? :P), that I really think anything could happen. I wouldn't be the least bit suprised if a currently overlooked team put up a run and won the NFC.

Now, that's not to say I think it WILL happen, as I'm still sticking to my pre-season pick of Baltimore vs. Green Bay. But, I wouldn't be the least bit suprised if a shocker emerged.

The opinions I express are mine, and mine only. If I am to express them, it is not to say you or anyone else is wrong, and certainly not to say that I am right.

Yeah, I'm really torn between BAL vs. NYG and BAL vs. GB, and then there's a Jets or Pats factor in there, too. It's gonna be an interesting January.

AFC East- Patriots (12-4)

AFC North- Ravens (11-5)

AFC South- Texans (11-5)

AFC West- Chargers (9-7) --> Chargers go on another December hot streak while the Chiefs wilt like last year's Broncos. With how weak this division is, I don't trust anyone but the Chargers to pull it out despite their myriad troubles.

AFC Wild Cards- Jets (11-5) and Colts (10-6)

NFC

NFC East- Giants (12-4)

NFC North- Packers (11-5)

NFC South- Buccaneers (10-6)

NFC West- Rams (10-6)

I figured I would post some potential Super Bowl matchups that would be fun...

Raiders vs. Rams (battle of the former LA teams)

Seahawks vs. Steelers (rematch of 2005)

Giants vs. Patriots (rematch of 2007)

Ravens vs. Giants (rematch of 2001; my current prediction)

Packers vs. Chiefs (rematch of Super Bowl I)

Steelers vs. Rams (rematch of Super Bowl XVI)

Eagles vs. Raiders (rematch of Super Bowl XV)

Patriots vs. Packers (rematch of 1997)

Patriots vs. Rams (rematch of 2002)

Rams vs. Titans (rematch of classic 2000 Super Bowl)

Buccaneers vs. Raiders (rematch of 2003)

Patriots vs. Eagles (rematch of 2005)

Eagles vs. Raiders (rematch of 1981)

Saints vs. Colts (rematch of 2010)

Now that I have looked at a couple playoff scenarios I'm shocked at how stacked the AFC is this year. I thought the Ravens would be one of the top teams if they just improved their passing game. It has helped them alot, but many of the other teams are just as good. It should be an exciting finish to the season and playoffs.

I also like all the surprise team. Kansas City, Seattle, and Tampa Bay have really come out of nowhere. Hopefully they (or other teams like the Rams and Raiders) can finish strong and make the playoffs. Thats the great think about the NFL, any team has a chance. No team can dig themselves into an impossible hole to climb out of. As long as you've got good management, your team can turn around pretty quickly.

Indeed even if you have lousy management you can turn it around.

Yes I am looking at you Oakland Raiders (although in fairness Tom Cable seems a decent coach, even with skeleton Davis looking over his shoulder!)
