If he's 30 and she's 23, no big deal, but I think 17 is on the low end of most peoples' comfort zone for dating a 24-year-old guy. I mean, that's a high school girl, man, even if the way she looks is way beyond compare.Mark (and Big Ben for that matter) may want to stay clear of Georgia. Sex here with a teen 16 or younger by an adult 18 or older and at least five years older than the minor is Aggravated Child Molestation and gets you ten years with no parole and a lifetime listing as a sexual offender. And that's the new improved version. I know this because of the Genarlow Wilson case. He was 17 and had oral sex with a 15-year-old at a party and ended up serving two years of that ten-year sentence before public outcry led to a change in the law and his release. Anyway, I'm glad that close-in-age exceptions exist in places like Canada, because what happens if a 17-year-old wants to have sex with his/her partner on their 18th birthday? The half+7 rule would mean that 24/2=12, 12+7=19. This would seem to indicate that Dirty Sanchez shouldn't be associating in that way with anyone younger than 19.
