Sport Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 Quincy (probably accidentally) planted his elbow to his face and then fell on his face with the elbow which plowed the side of Anisimov's head into the ice with the elbow still on top of it. So it was like his head suffered two blows on both sides at the same time in addition to the probable neck twinge he suffered.It was a scary few minutes there.We are cursed. No doubt about it. I hope this kind of uninspired play causes some shake ups in the organization this offseason. Babs has lost this team and/or is losing his touch. And Holland took a big swing and missed at every opportunity this past offseason -- our "big" signing in glass Carlo clearly is panning out.Glad to hear Anisimov was alert, though. Scary moment for sure. Looked like he hit his head on someone's knee when he went down, too? So three blows with a guy landing on your head causing the last one... That's crazy. Hope he's okay.
