Dynasty
If they do go with brown, I'm interested in what color they'd mesh it with (gold, orange, sand, etc.).
Cujo
Fans in San Diego have been making a strong push for return of the brown and yellow. It's eventually going happen. Perhaps next year's ASG logo will be a prelude to new, retro Padre unis next season.

TBGKon
This will be very interesting to say the least. I'd be curious to know if they'd consider releasing the "temporary" navy and white placeholder logo on Friday and then if a rebrand occurs in 2016 then release a recolored version at that time. OnWis97
I wonder why it took so long for the ASG to get to San Diego. It's a nice ballpark and a great location for visiting fans. If they do go with brown, I'm interested in what color they'd mesh it with (gold, orange, sand, etc.).I don't see the Padres going to brown. The organization seems to prefer blending in. I'd predict red and blue to match minor league history. But if they do embrace the opportunity to stand out, they will probably go with yellow. This is the "hot" throwback look for the team. I suppose there is an outside shot they'd try light blue or something. There is absolutely no way they'd go with orange. That was definitely my favorite look, but it's pretty forgotten about by now. Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse." Ray Lankford
There have been rumors in San Diego that the Padres are either going to wear a brown throwback (a la the Brewers) or a brown alternate (a la the Mariners) starting next year but it's doubtful that they go back to brown full time. The good money is on a return to navy and orange.

I prefer their current look to it, and I especially prefer navy and sand to navy and orange.

The SHOW
Only reason I like the 90s Padres uni is that it reminds me of my 4 years in Chula Vista
CubsFan4Life
90s Padres were great.Eh, two division titles and one pennant is hardly anything to right home about. But appearance wise, they sucked after 1990.

FiddySicks
Padres are gonna go navy and red. This is the Padres we're talking about. They specialize in boring and forgettable. tnagraffix
https://twitter.com/sportslogosnet/status/622094376706158592/photo/1Here it is (don't know how to post pictures) The logo features yellow, which is not apart of the Padres' color scheme, and also features the font used of the Padres uniforms in the late 2000's and early 2010's.
