Marcos Flamengo Posted January 25, 2017 Share Posted January 25, 2017 If the NHL would ever make a new expansion, I would imagine the top contenders for future NHL teams would be Atlanta, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Hamilton, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Mexico, Oakland, Portland, Puerto Rico, Quebec, Saskatoon and Seattle.
