DG_YouKnowWhatThatMeans
NBA League Pass 2017-18 is on sale now. All teams (minus local and national blackouts) start at $200/season. However, they also added a $250 tier. The difference? It's $50 extra -- a 25% premium! -- to cut commercials and just have the in-arena broadcasts. This sucks, because as recently as the 15-16 season, $200 covered the in-arena broadcast. And, frustratingly, that $50 might be kind of worth it -- League Pass tends to show the same three or four commercials for months at a time, and the act of serving those commercials occasionally broke the stream. The best solution would be for Leauge Pass to deliver the good product of 15-16 instead of the :censored: product of 16-17. But I guess the owners need the cash. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags
The Six
Showing the in-arena feed is great because I learn that every team has the same MCs saying "YO WHAT'S UP (team name) NATION IT'S YO BOY" doing the same lame contests during the timeouts. The_Admiral
I wonder what became of WCW Monday Nitro's DJ Ran. The_Admiral
Has Charles Barkley weighed in on one of the best players in the league being a pouty boo-boo face who can't handle it when people are mean to him online? dfwabel
Stack Jack was savage to Durant yesterday. This likely had him not eat for a third day. Quote Two days after his Twitter snafu seen ‘round the world, where the Golden State Warriors star used that third-person voice to be highly critical of his former Oklahoma City Thunder coach and teammates and had people wondering how this sort of thing could happen, the 28-year-old was a man full of remorse. There were no made up stories about being hacked, or any attempt to duck the topic as the Warriors media day on Friday fast approached. There was just him sitting behind a curtain inside a Pier 48 warehouse – his stomach grumbling after two days of lost appetite and little sleep – explaining in candid detail how awful he feels about his social media mistake.
