Of course this is a minor crime and anyone else it wold not happen but the Rockies have been praying to get rid of his contract and Neagle gave them a way out. I don't believe that Giambi's contract stipulates that his contract would be void if he took drugs. I think Boone's contract stipulated that he don't play basketball and I guess Neagle's contract stipulated that he can't solicit. I saw, I came, I left.
