In 5..4..3..2..1 Posted October 18, 2005 Share Posted October 18, 2005 well boys I took it upon myself to help induce a little change emailed the Seahawks to tell them how unfavorable fans feel about there monochrome scuba suits and I got a reply back here it isReply from the Seahawks:Joe,Thank you for your feedback. At the end of last season we issued a survey to all season ticket holders and an overwhelming response wanted us to keep the all blue look at home as did the players. I think they would have looked pretty bad whenever they wore their white pants, because silver helmets need silver (or non-white) pants IMO. Unfortunately, royal blue seems to have gone the way of the dinosaur in recent years (with the exception of the Giants jerseys and the possible full-time use of the Bills throwbacks in either 2006 or 07).The majority of people who voted for the monochrome look just emphasizes one particular quote that's stayed with me over the years:Popularity almost never equals good taste.
