Quidditch is basically hockey on broomsticks in the air...Except there are three goals...Three different "balls"...People can whack you with one of those balls and clubs...And the only way the game can be won is if a seeker captures the golden snitch. Did it reflect the book as well as the first three did? i saw it last night.....they had to leave a lot out to make the length of the movie reasonable.....i liked it.... EDIT: Btw, there are rules for Muggle Quidditch (Muggle = non-magic person, i.e. "normal" people), though it's mostly kinda like an inter-dorm sport among college students and the rules are quite shakey. I've developed my own rules that make it easier for muggles and with definite time limits, etc....kinda like a cross between water polo played on land, dodgeball, and capture the flag. Did it reflect the book as well as the first three did? actually my girlfriend who is a Harry Potter reader and fan took me to the movie, and I thought it would be lame, but it was actually good, I never read the book, for some reason, I wanted to see a USA and that's what came to my head...
