I actually would'nt mind them keeping what they have if they went with that combo at home and all white for the road. However I would like to see the throwbacks if at all possible. Unfortunately the red side panel is the only thing linking an all red helmet to a ridiculous all navy jersey. Take that seemingly incosequential little detail and the uniform would go from horrible to......well horrible without a red stripe.I say redo the whole set and bring back a revamp of what I like to call the "Kelly" Blue unis. You're right...that is why I said to have a REVAMP of those unis. Make them more modern but with a similar look and feel of the old jerseys. Well, if they would drop the red side panels and drop the silver outline and use red outlines, I think that would work. But like everyone basically says, this set stinks. I agree wholeheartedly. There is nothing redeeming about their current uniforms . . . except maybe that they aren't quite as ugly as the Seahawks'. They should build a uniform around them and get rid of the twelve shades of blue.
