ya they have some weird combos in and out of the game for PC. arizona only has their new monocrome. Then has a whole bunch of their old uni's, but it doesnt have their new with red/white or white/red, which is kind of dissapointed. They have the all black for saints and I think all gold, or its gold/black pants. Im lovin it so far though. I only get it every other year, so some things may be new to me but not to yall lol.

Also on the note about the Refs.

It seems in warm games they wear the knickers with the weird black stripe down the side.

For colder games (it seems at least) Then they have the black slacks on with a white stripe down the side.

I'm getting kind of upset that I bought the 360 version... NO ALTERNATES?!?!?!

As it's been said SEVERAL times in this thread, ALTERNATES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON THE 360 AT A LATER DATE.

NO REASON TO YELL!

For pay (if i read correctly), which sucks.

I haven't played it yet, but I see a trend here: X-Box 360 chops the features more than one would think it necessary. The alternates are not included but for download, and the Create-a-Team mode has been cut. Is this another Microsoft rush job? Or is it that they decide to sacrifice features and modes just so they can include extra anti-aliasing and player sweat?

It's NBA Live 06 all over again.

I may pick it up for PS2. Are the features (QB pass view and pass precision, hit stick, etc.) the same? Any new ones?

I have the Ps2 version.

For the giants road uniforms I just use the "throwbacks" alternate

Has anyone noticed that that they don't have the black pants alternate for the falcons on the road?

They can only wear all white

They didn't give the vikings an all purple or all white alternate

The ravens are the same as always with no solid socks, and the cardinalss are still forgotten

you can only edit created players' equipment. I don't think it's right for EA to cut out alt. uni's, create-a-team, fantasy draft, and other features especially when you have to pay so much for it. It would be different if we never had these features before. But I am very pleased with the gameplay itself.

I didn't see NCAA listed for Gamecube on the EA website, so I just assumed they weren't putting it out. I don't go to the video game store often, but I'll call around.

The Gamecube is actually my favorite system. It's so easy to play with that controller, and the graphics are just as good as any besides the 360.

EA Sports is like the only sports company that has games for that, why?

Here's how lazy EA has gotten...

In March Madness 06, they still have LMU in the unis we ditched after 03-04.

The worst part... the EA headquarters is less than a half mile down the road from campus. You'd think they could send someone over during their lunch break to check it out.

And, the generic nameplate has always bugged me to no end about all EA games. How hard could it possibly be?

I noticed that the in game commentary is done like a radio broadcast and Maddens voice is not even included. How lazy has he gotten, the game now has almost no affiliation with him.

i wouldnt be surprised to see thr madden name dropped in the nexxt few years... excluive espn and mfl rights pretty much sealed it... soon it will just be NFL football or espn's nfl football

This is as good as any time to come out of the lurking mode I've been in since the end of the last college football season (and yes I am compiling all the worn combinations for 2006 too).

EA has one of its offices in Playa Vista, a new development in Los Angeles between Loyola Marymount and Marina del Rey. I'm well familiar with the EA building as it is literally across the street from my home. This is specifically EA-Los Angeles where they make mostly Lordof the Rings, Medal of Honor, and Command & Conquer games and NOT Madden and the like. The football games are made in Orlando at EA Tiburon. The corporate headquarters are still in Redwood City.

This really doesn't have much to do with logos/uniforms as much as it is their rating system for teams. One major complaint.

The Bears allowed only 12.6 ppg last season, and their D is ranked behind:

BRONCOS (16.1 ppg)

RAVENS (18.7 ppg)

PANTHERS (16.2 ppg)

FALCONS (21.3 ppg)

AND THE

EAGLES (24.2 ppg)???

WTF mate?!?

EA Tiburon is in Florida? So that explains the Maitland Florida connection in create a team mode. I always figured it was also in Redwood city, considering Tiburon is a town due north of San Francisco near Redwood City.
