See Red
Manny hitting a single. That picture is actually the Manny moment I'll remember most for a couple of reasons...A. It was a walkoff HR against the Angels in the ALDS.B. That ball still hasn't landed.C. The interview afterwards is when he called himself a "bad man". NJTank
I have a feeling Manny is going to be stunned and shocked at the lack of offers he gets and settles for somewhere else. Or maybe begs the Yanks to sign to piss off the BoSox. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com

Or maybe begs the Yanks to sign to piss off the BoSox.Manny will get plenty of offers, he's not Barry Bonds. Your beloved Mets will probably take a strong run at him. Oh, and beg the Yankees to sign him? Really Tank? The Yanks would love to get their mits on Manny Ramirez, if not just to stick it to the Sox. Tongue loves it, arteries not so much. They're just incredible...and with the plethora of diners, mmm mmm mmmm mmmm mmmmm.....On edit: From urbandictionary (I know, legit source right? ):1. disco fries Cheese fries with gravy (french fries with cheese melted on top, covered with chicken gravy.Mmmm.), generally served at diners in Northeast New Jersey.2. Disco Fries Originated in Canada but perfected in New Jersey this combination of brown gravy, mozzarella cheese and HOT crispy steak fries is the perfect end to a late night of binge drinking. Personally the best places to get them are Six Brothers or Tick Tock, but occasionally some random spot'll have em too. Oh and eat them with a large root beer on the side, nothing like it!-------------------------------------------I've been to the Tock to have 'em (Route 3 coming back from the Meadowlands...god they're good)...but my all-time favorites are served right here in Livingston on Route 10 at the Landmark... Audiodrama
Bay isn't keeping 44 is he? Over the years 44 seems to be dished out to upcoming prospects.I think he is. He said he selected it because he's an Eric Davis fan.Besides Brandon Moss, the number's also been recently worn by Orlando Cabrera, Gabe Kapler and Jay Payton, so it's not necessarily just designated for prospects.
