elliott Posted June 15, 2008 Share Posted June 15, 2008 There isn't any major active sig series on the first page right now, so I thought a new one might be nice.I'm sure some people have seen a relatively new graphic on Sportscenter that looks like what I have made here. I happen to like it, it isn't used too much throughout the show, they often use a graphic with the team's logos in squares with shadow under the logos. Anyway, I think this graphic that they use is really clean and simple, and I decided to make a sig out of it.Of course, it was a little too simple for me, so I put some shading into the grey regions and a very slight window-glass effect on the top. I didn't want it to take away from the design, but I did want it to make the overall thing more modern.So now that I have rambled for a little, here are the sigs. I have 3 layouts here, but I can be very flexible and you can request anything in reason.-The first one is like the ESPN one, I can do two teams or the same team, different logos-The second one focuses more on the wordmark, so it really is better for baseball or basketball, I guess. It doesn't matter what sport, though.-The final one is a compilation of all your favorite teams. I can do 3,4,5,6,7 teams, whatever. I just did a division in the NHL for an example.So I hope y'all like it.I probably won't do many request tonight, tomorrow I'll knock some out if there is a lot. Dribbble ... College sports as we know them are just about dead. The lid is off on all the corruption that taints just about every major program and every decision that the schools or the NCAA make is only about money, money, and more money. We'll have three 16+ team super-conferences sooner rather than later, killing much of the regional flair and traditional rivalries that make college sports unique and showing the door to any school that doesn't bring money to the table in the process.
