rams80
So do we get to laugh at the Blue Jackets who are currently getting demolished by the Wings?go ahead. This is the worst they've played all season. They look utterly disinterested in playing hockey tonight.Could both teams please show up next time they play? Don
It happened again: Caps fans throwing hats on the ice to celebrate Semin's goal (had 2 goals in regulation) in the shootout.Wasnt as many as last time, but still equally freaking annoying. HedleyLamarr
Ilya Kovalchuk returned to the ice tonight, and helped the Thrashers win in New York 5-3.My only fear is that he didn't return too soon, and might suffer from foot pain all season. He only missed three weeks (6 games)....
jkrdevil
Devils beat Pittsburgh 4-1 improve to 9-0-0 on the road so far this season. They are 1 short of the record (Sabres won 10 straight road game a couple of years ago). They can tie the record Monday night in Philly.

Maz
Sorry, ging. But that was way too great of a game not to comment on.Man, what happens when a superstar returns. That's as much of an instant classic as a mid-November game could be. Great plays, fast paced, tons of goals, a fight, broken glass, career milestones, a last-second game-tyer, lead changes... just a great, great game. The momentum the pens will get from this... NEW.ERA
Flames pull one out over the Leafs tonight but for most of the game I thought it would be like last year's debacle at the ACC. Way too many turnovers in the 1st and 2nd period but when the 3rd came around the Flames rose to shut Hogtown down much in part to the play of Kipper and Iginla. Wheelhouse
Man, I was there, and that's gotta be top five greatest sporting events I've ever been to. I can't think of three that beat it right now. What a game. What a finish. It still only counts for one in the standings, but talk about getting your money's worth. Now hopefully we can get healthy and stay healthy, because watching Ben Lovejoy and Martin Skoula pretend to be NHL defensemen isn't fun.
