I don't undestand the text claiming people will like the retro look for the Bombers.

"The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have officially unveiled their new home and road jerseys for 2012. Bombers VP of Marketing Jerry Maslowsky told the CJOB Morning Show he's very confident the "retro look" that is part of the CFL's 100th Anniversary celebrations is going to be a big hit. Maslowsky says fans told the Bombers the bold "W" was something they wanted, as well as to keep the blue and gold theme."

Anyway, I like em. Not retro, but lets gamble they'll have a sort of third one.

Thumbs up for Win.

Apparently side-panel piping, designing striping to showcase the uniform's manufacturer, and oddly-curved sleeve inserts are "retro" now. Retro to what? The 2007 Edmonton Oilers?

These other teams should take a lesson from Hamilton in both quality of design and the method in which they're released. A nice full picture gallery without 20 minutes of annoying rambling by some silhouette in a boxing ring would have done the trick.

Hamilton looks great, big improvement for the Ti-Cats. Montreal's uniforms were already pretty bad and didn't change much. I don't really like Winnipeg either... I don't get why they went retro with the logo but modern with the uniforms.

I figure they wanted to honour the past, well honouring the future. With the move to a new stadium this year.

For that I can't fault them, the unis look great. Yes Biased as hell.

I'm sure every time will have that on their site soon. CFL's websites update at the rate of a moving snail.

I get why they included boxing. Why couldn't I figure that out :P
