TFoA Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 I kinda have a problem with "Atlanta Braves 1876" on the patch. If it was just "Braves 1876", then cool, but the "Atlanta Braves" weren't founded in 1876. I know it's splitting hairs, and it's the same Braves franchise, but if you're going to put descriptors on it like that, then it's not accurate.They've proudly trumpeted the claim of being the "Oldest Continuously Running Professional Sports Franchise in America" for like half a decade now. I just hope they relegate it to the proverbial back of the closet after this season.... Hank Aaaron era with the small "a" & the feather is the way to go for alts. White at home, greys on the road.
