Its like the office version of the payphone. I know they still make them and people still use them. I just don't know who they are or why.It has to do with signatures on facsimiles being legally binding.All I know is I've sent in notarized documents via e-mail and my office just got rid of theirs two months ago.Its not 1993 anymore. There's nothing a fax machine can do that a .pdf can't do. All it does is show proof that the physical document exists. What is the difference between the two? Oh I do feel the team is adding holes, rather than fully plugging them, or trying to tread water when 2 of the Division mates go into an arms race. I have two darker suspicions (but no proof to back them up). 1) The Rams are back in "sabotage attendance mode" for the purposes of moving to L.A. and 2) Fisher's already given up on Bradford and is not really going to do anything with the offense until Bradford's contract is burned down to a point where it ceases to be untradeable.
