68 did get a verbal acknowledgement from the ref, the ref looked right at him nodded and said “ok” to him. What more acknowledgement does he need?

Yeah, I posted the gif.  There weren't any angles that showed that at the time.  That's when I turned to the side of it bein 100% ref fault.

Haha oh cool the Bucs just laid an egg against the Saints, now have to beat the Panthers in the final game to get into the playoffs. I’m not worried about them blowing that one at all. Nope, no siree, not worried one tiny little bit! 😦

I hate this team 🤦🏼‍♂️

Eagles up 21-6, but have been completely outplayed by the Cardinals.  One TD on a pick-6 where the receiver ran the wrong route and the DB had an uncontested catch, one TD off of a deflection (after a trick play was necessary just to keep the drive alive).  Cardinals have moved the ball at will, and nearly every one of Hurts' passes is a fire-drill scenario.  Congrats to whoever gets this crap-ass bunch of losers in the playoffs.  The only way to lose to the Eagles is to beat yourself.

I'm watching the game. You're right, the Eagles have some problems.

Well that basically gives Dallas the division, and the Eagles the 5 seed.  Complete and utter disaster.

I've been watching football since the late '80s, and this is the biggest disaster of a season I've ever seen, and that includes when they started 7-2 and finished 7-9 under Kotite.

Well, I know we have one week of regular season and the whole playoffs left, but...

.... Barring an unforseen injury, congratulations to the 2024 Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens.

Seriously, unless they meet the Browns some kind of way in the postseason, I funny see how any other team is taking the Ravens down. This squad is the TRUTH.

If I'm the Eagles leadership, after I find someone to remove my head from up my ass, I'm making the call to sit everyone next week.  Make it basically a bye.  Dallas isn't going to lose to Washington, so there's no hope for division.   Will likely lose to Baker in TB, so just rest everyone up so they can at least be as rested as possible, though they likely won't, because they'll want to use their "scheduling gauntlet" and injuries as excuses.

Jason Kelce is likely retiring after this year, even though he's still close to his prime, as is Brandon Graham (though he's well past his prime.)  They're screwed.  Get rid of everyone and start over.

The Bills may get to 10 wins but miss the playoffs because they didn't win the division, all while being +100 for the season.

It takes a special kind of skill to choke like that.

I think they win in Miami next week and take the division.

Caught this hilarious Giants loss on redzone:

  • New York scores a late TD and kicks the XP to tie the game
  • Penalty on the defense, Daboll says hm yep take our point off the board
  • 2-point conversion fails, Giants down 1
  • Get the ball back with ~1 minute left
  • Tyrod Taylor runs 40 yards to LA's 35
  • Panic spike it at 40 seconds left
  • Surely our 39-year old kicker is a sure thing from 52!
  • Terrible run play loses 2 yards
  • Terrible pass play falls incomplete
  • FG lands in a different timezone, Giants lose

It's definitely possible.  But Buffalo hasn't been consistent at all this season. It's hard to have faith in them.

Two things:

1.) I think people are being too quick to crown the Ravens. They look like world beaters right now, but I’ve got a hunch they’re gonna catch an early stray and that’ll be it.

2.) We gave him :censored: all season for being melodramatic, but @BBTVwas right about the Eagles. Frauds.

I think the Browns can go toe-to-toe with the Ravens, maybe the Bills. The Bucs will definitely beat Carolina next week. The Saints just have their number.

What gave away the “fraudiness” all the way back in week one?

The way they played against a terrible Patriots team.  Literally every Eagles fan was like "uh oh... well at least it's early, there's plenty of time to get it together."

I wasn't giving hot takes.

Obviously you were watching the Eagles game which was at the same time today, but the Bucs were also absolute ass today in a game where they could've clinched the division and given themselves a de facto bye week next week, and Baker had a lot to do with that.
