This part, I can't argue with.  Aside from the helmet, the rest is terrible.

My cousin and I working as part of the retail division, my cousin managed the store in FedEx Field before joining the Army, toward the end of my cousin's run Snyder's wife was put in charge of the Retail stores, the team had close to 6 or 7 off site in local malls. Well, she decided it would be a good to change the stores to be merch boutiques and not merch stores because all the stores carried far too much merchandise. Not too long after a year or two, all the mall stores closed and the stadium store is now run by Fanatics.

She was also part of the decision to bring in someone who worked at FYE to run the store after my cousin left and instructed that the stadium store, which had no more than 6 customers on non game days, to dramatically rearrange the whole store on a weekly basis.

Some new concepts today over on Uniwatch...the Commanders one is so good that it will never happen, because we can't have nice things as long as Nike is in charge...

I like the Jets' Concept 1 very, very much!

Concept 2 looks like the long-lost brother of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Sounds like something a rich guy would to to appease his bored wife, for sure.

The one thing I really like about the Commanders current set are the gold numbers on the burgundy jersey. Bothered me for the longest the team's colors were burgundy and gold, but gold was limited to being an accent color for most of my life. Going forward any burgundy jerseys they have going forward should have gold numbers. Gold pants are a must to be paired with them though.

That's true. When you look at the Steelers and the Raiders, you see their respective colors throughout the uniforms. But with Washington, gold was very limited for a team that used a color combo for a nickname.

I would add the sleeves need gold stripes, and that goes for all new jerseys for Washington with these colors. If you want to call yourself "the Burgundy and Gold", both colors must be well represented. If the white jerseys looked more like an inverse of the burgundy jerseys, except for the number colors, the white jerseys would look better and gold pants would work with them as well.

I’m just thankful Cleveland doesn’t wear those turd cosplays anymore

Officially they still do, but they are fourth choice since they've added the white helmet.

I miss the stripes. Always felt this had some merit.

These were the best option of a bad bunch of options. None of the uniforms in this set were good. This is just the most like a normal uniform that they had.

This was that uniform at its most tolerable (when they promoted it to home status because the primary design was so horrible):

You know I thought so at first too but now, especially given the Browns employ the knicker looks elsewhere, I think that added too much orange. Going with the brown socks conveys that this is a true curveball look for the team.

Anyways, I liked it, would be nice if it came back.

Yuck, it's going to get to the point where every NFL game looks like The Longest Yard:

I disagree about the orange. I would have liked some of the Color Rush uniforms better if the socks could have matched the helmets for balance. The Texans made a mistake wearing the red helmets with their Color Rush this year, but I would have liked to see them with the red socks at the same time. I know single color uniforms aren't popular here, but at least everything matches.

What does an alligator wearing sunglasses hanging out the side of a truck with Thanos underneath it have to do with football?
