swisherHOU
I created these a few years ago based on images of the actual uniforms. The only thing I guessed on was the helmet.

See Red
eww... those light purple numbers are awful. Other than that, though, they look great.
swisherHOU
Yeah, it's pretty strange. Unless the photo color is off those numbers are a lighter tint of purple. I made mine a little lighter than what it's supposed to be though.Actually I think I made the darker purple too red now that I look at them side by side....oh well. ColeJ
no, i'm pretty sure those numbers are supposed to be regular purple...that's just the shine from the tackle twill, isn't it?
swisherHOU
could be. It seems a little too even of a color though.I'll make another version with corrected color (and make the away numbers darker) and post it later.
See Red
Cowboy Kevin's got the numbers the same shade of purple as used on the sleeves and hom jersey.Cowboy Kevin's Stallions thing-a-ma-jigThat's really weird how the numbers came out looking that light in that picture. ColeJ
not that weird... if the light source is even (as in, not just one lamp over to the side, but more overhead lighting), and the numbers are flat, then it will come out very even looking.i took some pics of a vanbiesbrouck panthers jersey that i've been trying sell for over a year now (anyone interested? it's brand new, and i'd love to sell) and in the photos, the numbers looked orange, instead of red. BaltimoreFan
I like how they look I'd just prefer better colors. Does anybody know if the Baltimore Bombers, another failed expansion team, ever came out with uniforms. I know they did have a logo.

gosioux76
Is it me or does the Stallions Horse Head look very familiar to another horse head?Take a look:You're right. It's similar. But the St. Louis Stallions logo, I believe, was actually released before the Broncos changed to their current uniforms.

jkrdevil
Is it me or does the Stallions Horse Head look very familiar to another horse head?Take a look: Yes they are simular, in that they are both horse heads. The Brocos logo is much much beter drawn. That proposed logo looks like a quick sketch and is bad.
Survival79
These things scream WFL/NFL Europe. That being said, swisherHOU has done a great job reproducing them graphically. Slickster
Has anybody ever made a bigger (sportslogos.net-sized) version of the Stallions/Bombers/Hound Dogs logos? I'd decorate my room with them, but blowing up tiny JPEGS = not very good-looking.
