officeglenn
Comments welcome.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. Simple is good and everything, but this is maybe a bit too simple for me.

Jezus_Ghoti
I actually like it, too. I think these would look subtle and dignified on the field.
Discrim
why not, it works for me...just do a completely black hockey jersey and slap the hell out of it with Providence logos A strong mind gets high off success, a weak mind gets high off bull

DomainMaster
I rather like them. Add black pants and WHITE socks and the would look great on the field. Maybe a little bit of white piping might be cool.
sourbelly
I like it. I wonder if any team has had simply black-and-white as their official colors?
Discrim
I like it. I wonder if any team has had simply black-and-white as their official colors? off the top, there's Providence. Then Permian HS. Then several soccer clubs, most notably Juventus and Notts County. The only other ones off the top of my head are Collingwood (Australian Football) and rugby's world famous All Blacks (they of the haka)hell, IIRC the Pale Hose used only black and white at one time before the 20s, as did a couple other teams. kansascityjayhawk4
It looks like something out of the early 1900s. It looks great... I hope they would get a new hat logo also, because the one they have now is terrible. KC Jayhawk

Frylock
Roger -- AWESOME concept. I love how it's retro enough to please the retro fans, yet stylish enough to be modern. Terriffic, man. Also, I love the new baseball template. Can't wait to start doing my own concepts! DawgPac -- Dude... That is sick. That is hot. That does Roger's concept justice. SuhWEET. VitaminD
Imagine what'd happen if these White Sox jerseys went to Fenway and played the Red Sox wearing the alternates designed by RyanB06 (topic #20038 if you haven't seen it). Sox abound! "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it... In old New York..."In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17.
Roger Clemente
Thanks for the amazing words people!I came up with the idea for the jersey when it occured to me that the White Sox logo is...a sock. One friggin' white sock. Or all items in the world they could use for a logo, why a friggin' white sock?So I figure, what subversively hilarious way to sell up the absurdity of the mindnumbingly simple logo then to have a black jersey that has just this sock on it? I was actually amazed at how mell it turned out and how well it has been received. I love DawgPac's interpretation of it so much that I serious want one. And if it weren't for the underlying absurdity that someone would put a picture of one lone sock so prominently on a shirt, this would be something the Sox should consider using.I like the White Sox though, but they aren't my favorite team.--Roger "Time?" FiddySicks
its good, but what would you wash it with? The whites or the darks? On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: Sheβs still half convinced βChris Creamerβ is a porn site.)
Bernd
its good, but what would you wash it with? The whites or the darks? Just make sure you don't wash it with anything red. The sock'll turn pink.No one wants to play for the Pink Sox.
asmargolis
I think that would make a great alternate... On the road, throw some gray pants and white socks with it and I may be able to let my traditionalist stance of whites and grays enjoy it once or twice a week.If I had to change anything, I may add a small amount of white trim.
