FiddySicks
That stripe would be badass. For any team but the Boys it would work. On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.)
cranium
I like the design quite bit since it goes beyond current patterns of unis. The Cowboys seem a little to traditional for such a radical change. Somehow I could see a college adopting it, Oregon or Miami, Fla. IMO.
Grish
I do like the look, but as the post says before to extreme for the NFL.I would also be concerned with too much dark vs white, ie:byu a couple of years ago with the white panels, looking to much like the other team during play.over nice idea, but I think you would need to modernize the helmet too. Dave Ship
Thanks guys...it's nice to know that you appreciate my first job. What i understand from your replys is that i've gone a little bit out of theme. Maybe i looked to much forward. Then for the next jersey i'll try to be more, mhm..."conservative"!? yeah, more conservative, because that's the right spirit. But it's hardly because i've got always new and revolutionary ideas!!! Unfortunately i dunno when i could be online next time because i'm gonna change house, so i'm in trouble with the internet connection and very, very busy. Thank you again!!! BBTV
Great concept. I'd add tv numbers to the sleeves, and get rid of the butt-stripe. Other than that it's really great. deucedwo
Extremely interesting idea. I know it's just a concept, but like people said, they could never see the Cowboys actually wearing it. But putting the team aside and focusing on the uniforms, the design is very unique and eye-catching. I think this would make a great college uniforms for any college trying to "modernize" their uniform the way a Miami or Oregon does and I could actually see it being used in that way.On a side note...do you currently live in Italy? It'd be interesting to see more concepts from another member from far across the globe. I know we have some Australian members as well as members from other countries too. I know Italy is often regarded as a trendy fashion spot and I'm wondering what some of those influences would be on the sports industry.
Dave Ship
Hi deucedwo...thanks for your comment.Yes, i currently live in Italy and i'm italian. I know the italian design is very famous all over the world and it is a proud for me.I agree with you about the extremely interesting thing to see concepts from a "different" world, then culture. Maybe that's why i've a different point of view about these concepts. Here, the marketing in sport (i mean take care about design) is a very young activity that just from few years has been developed. Another fact is that here we have a lot of rules to follow in name of tradition. Because, for example, an A.C. Milan team shirt will never have horizontal stripes or other original stuff. But now i understand that too some conservative american team have this particular request.I love american sports since i was a kid...maybe all that logos and colors have been fascinate me. ShaftDu
my 2 centsi like it and I like the boldness you demonstrated. However like many here, this might not fit in the NFL. butI for some odd reason could see the Oregon Ducks wearings these. I think this is a unique concept for the college ranks!/bow
OnWis97
Your artistic abilities are solid and I look forward to your future efforts. As for your design, I am pretty traditional, so I am not big on the striping patterns, but you have nevertheless done a good job (plus have streamlined the blue).Good work. Evan
I really do like this concept. It would lend itself well to a soccer team uniform as well. Definetly new and eye-catching!Good job
