MadmanLA
Add in the University of Southern California, and their new basketball arena, located across the street from the campus. Also, if things go the way they're suppose to, the Trojans football team (and a new NFL team for Los Angeles) could be playing in a rebuilt Memorial Coliseum.USC's Galen Center 3D seating mapUSC.edu: Galen Center

harperdc
if Portland ever gets an MLB team, there'll have to be a new stadium - no way that PGE Park could ever truly host MLB, even for part of a year. If that stadium happens it'll be nice - the talks for design were with HOK I believe, and plans were to put it downtown.the University of Oregon still has plans on the table to build a new basketball arena right on the edge of campus, replacing the nearly-century old McArthur Court (though Mac Court would be kept for sports like volleyball, wrestling, and also for university student use). of course, turn to Europe and there are a few more, most notably (and importantly for me) Arsenal FC's nearly doubling their stadium size, from just over 38,000 at Highbury to nearly 60,000 at new digs Emirates Stadium. also, the new Wembley Stadium will be opening later this year - it was originally supposed to be open in time to host the 2006 FA Cup final in May, but that was not to be.
