Jason Bay is the Pirates franchise.Youre kidding right? An off year? Hes been in a slump since June of last season. He has short good streaks and long hitless streaks. Hes terrible in the clutch. I cant count how many times he has hit into inning ending double plays, especially in key situations. We have to trade him now while other teams still think hes good and will be willing to offer more for him. Shane Does Art
Jason Bay is one of the top OF's in the game, he's just having an off year.Hey this guy knows a lot about off-years.I think trading Jason Bay woud be good move for the Pirates, they could get some quality players in return. ZapRowsdower8
The problem with Bay, and the rest of the team for that matter, is that the "Pirate malaise" has set in. They go out expecting to lose and they play that way. He can't hit in the clutch, even when he was "good." His arm is weak and just a complete lack of fundamentals.
