I could imagine something like that as it would make some sense... but otherwise I am at a loss for any ideas. I'm just kind of surprised that the Toronto roads have been able to kept secret seeing as how every single other change (Rays, KC powder blues, CLE/TOR/PHI throwbacks) were all leaked in the same document months ago.
