Waffles
Distant Replays just put up a bunch of new American Needle MLB hats with what appear to be old secondary/tertiary/quartile(?) logos.http://www.distantreplays.com/distant/dept...mp;dept_id=3095Some of them, I've seen before:Some, I haven't:Some, I'm just curious about:
NW980
The Tigers one reminds me of when the Tigers were on WDIV (the local NBC affiliate in Detroit). At the end of the game, if the Tigers won, the tiger from the old circle logo would reach down and pick up a bat with his teeth; if they lost, he would have an old time ice pack on his head. Not sure about the crown though....

Not sure about the crown though....Looks exactly like that. The Free Press put out a book called "The Roar of '84" and I believe that is the logo on the back (I'd verify but most of the book collection is boxed up from the move). Another version of that is on the 1969 yearbook. "Hats for bats. Keep bats warm. Gracias"
oakland ehs
Cool hats if they don't have the buckle. That just kinda turns me off of hats personally.

Completely phony retro. The other two Brewers caps are historical logos. This one comes from a 1970 pennant, right after they got the team:The second comes from this decal (which I believe might actually be from 1968 or 1969):Both of those show up on eBay with regularity, which is from where I presume where American Needle got them. Now THAT should be the Nationals' cap logo. Beautiful. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.

hormone
As usual, the Pirate's hats are garbage. The one pictured in this thread rarely got used with the current and last set so I don't know why it becomes a "throwback"
Gothamite
Maybe so, but if I could buy one of these beauties for my team, I wouldn't be complaining. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.

Is D-R selling that as a Boston cap? Gothamite
Yes, they are. Now, the White Sox were using red as an accent color at the time, but their primary was black. So it doesn't really work as a mislabelled White Sox cap, even if you could overlook the small fact that the sock is indeed red.Whoops. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.
