Polish division of ESPN America is organizing a comptetition where you have to recognize which NHL teams are hidden in this collage. Can you recognize all of them. I couldn't guess 4 of them.

i'm not seeing the rangers, islanders, canadiens, oilers, blues or wild

No Canucks, either.

But I think 2d is the Blues.

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

No Capitals or Red Wings either.

I think the wildflower below the Avalanche represents the Wild. Also, if you look on the hat of once of those soldiers, you see a C with a maple leaf below, which makes my think he's supposed to be representing Canadiens. Also, behind the penguin, the substance that's on fire looks like it could be oil.

I'm also not certain why they have two things representing Buffalo and Sabres.

My opinion may or may not be the same as yours. The choice is up to you.

Senator is also there. But since there are two symbols for the Sabres, it might be the same for the Kings.

EDIT

I have to clear it out since pheer edited his post.

Polish name for rabbit "królik" can be interpretted as little "król", meaning king. Nothing elso comes to my mind.

I don't think that pheer's idea was stupid.

And a the King card definitely stands for the Kings. Sabres are represented by two symbols so it might be the same for other teams.

Just a thought, could those 3 symbols translate to something in Polish that would make more sense to the team names? Like goes Boxer translate to "Oyler" or something? (I just made that up, lol)

Boxer in Polish is "Bokser" (not kidding, translator widget FTW)
