dfwabel
Speaking of that, anyone got any good ideas on who the Jets should bring in next season to play quarterback? They're still not a terrible team despite the insanity of this season. If they brought in a solid veteran they could still be pretty competitive IMO.Whoever it is won't be expensive. Kyle Orton comes to mind, but I don't know his contract situation in Dallas. He is signed to the Cowboys for two more seasons. It was a 3 year/$10.5M contract, but it included a $5M signing bonus, so any trade would accelerate the cap for any new team.
theSLVRBCK
Hmm ... wonder if we can trick the Jets into a mid-round pick + Tebow for Gabbert and Henne. lol
NEW.ERA
I'd suspect Alex Smith to be courted by a couple teams, one for sure. That'd be the Jets. JETS|PACK|JAYS|NUFC|BAMA|BOMBERS|RAPS|ORANJE|

That is when the second year of his three year contract becomes fully gauramteed at $7.5M.

Kramerica Industries
Rex Grossman is one of those leetches that is impossible to knock out of the NFL.Because, geez, the poor man's Brett Favre should've been gone a long time ago, with his total inability to limit turnovers. Sport
I know it's an old photoshop, but how exactly would going to New England or Green Bay, places with rock-solid quarterback situations, "FREE TEBOW"? ....and I hope that the Browns aren't serious with this.I hope they are. Cujo
What are they possibly going to get in return for Sanchez? The Jets would gladly take a 6th or 7th rounder for Sanchez, considering it would save them a billion dollars against the salary cap next season. If gets traded (or cut), the cap hit for the Jets accelerates. They would be charged essentially double his 2013 salary.
