Put Phoenix in the West, New Orleans in the Central and Tampa Bay in the East.

Here are some names I thought I might suggest...

- Ottawa should instead be the Lumberjacks

- Maybe a European division?

Amsterdam Admirals, Barcelona Dragons, Dublin Druids, Frankfurt Galaxy, London Monarchs, Paris Musketeers, Rhein Fire, Scottish Claymores, Stockholm Norsemen

- As for the new teams for the future...

Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers, Jacksonville Barracudas, Mexico City Jaguars, Memphis Hound Dogs, Birmingham Stallions, Austin Bats, Portland Platypus, Salt Lake Pioneers, Oklahoma Wranglers, Las Vegas Outlaws, Columbus Generals, Omaha Scarecrows, Nashville Kats, Orlando Predators, Iowa Barnstormers.

In consideration of Columbus being forced back into the Western Conference, I would offer them the following caveat: All divisional games could be played at the starting time of their choice - so if they were to go to Chicago or Vegas, they could start the game at 7:30 ET instead of 7 Central or 7 Mountain (8 ET/9 ET).

So many people are talking about Columbus being forced west, but I really think the burden is more likely to fall on Detroit. Looking at the coordinates of their arenas, Detroit is further west (not by a large margin, but still). Of the two clubs, Detroit can much better shoulder the extra costs as compared to Columbus.

Thunder Bay Lynx - International Hockey Association (2 seasons, 2017-18, 2019-20, 2018 Xtreme Cup Champions)Houston Armadillos - Major League Hockey (2 seasons, 2016-18) | Minnesota Muskies - North American Basketball Association (1 season, 2017-2018) | Louisville Thoroughbreds - United League of Baseball (1 season, 2017, 2017 United Cup Champions) | Las Vegas Thunderbirds - International Basketball League (1 season, 2016-17, 2017 Champions)

Eastern Division: Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Hartford Hellcats, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots, New Jersey Generals, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Nationals

So Far Only 60 Teams Competing, However I'm Considering a Draft for the Next Storyline to Stock with the Best Players from 1990 as for what neo_prankster suggests to create premier league i'll put it under consideration if it fits it will fit: Austin, TX (Texans, Bats), Iowa (Des Moines, IA) (Barnstormers), Las Vegas, NV (Outlaws), Mexico City, Mexico (Aztecs, Federales, Jaguars), Oklahoma City, OK (Thunderchiefs, Wranglers, Drillers), Omaha, NE (Scarecrows, Interstaters), Portland, OR (Platypus, Breakers), Salt Lake City, UT (Pioneers)

But if you think that wasn't enough I'm going to Create Tier 2 (Using Cities that air the last Showstopper TV Show from 2005-2006 to make football teams) and they are: Albany, NY (Firebirds), Boise, ID (Steelheads), Charleston, SC, Davenport, IA, Dayton, OH (Triangles), Fresno, CA (Raisin Fighters), Honolulu, HI (Hawaiians), Huntsville, AL (Rockets), Knoxville, TN (Volunteers), Louisville, KY (Brecks), Montgomery, AL, Norfolk, VA (Admirals), Raleigh, NC (Skyhawks), Roanoke, VA (Cats), Santa Barbara, CA, Shreveport, LA (Pirates), Tallahassee, FL (Seminoles), Toledo, OH (Maroons), Waco, TX, Wichita, KS (Warriors), Wilkes-Barre, PA (Coal Miners)

However You To Make It Up, On to baseball using either the 1991 Strat-O-Matic Baseball Card Set on my bucket list or picking stuff from the 90's games cards at SOM Online (some of which will have these players using the 1991 Card along with a BIG number of Current MLB Stars (from 2015 That is because I want it in 2016) so neo_prankster can get a kick out of this (even if you're a user who could hop from a Alternate History site can do that)

CFL, MLB, MLS & NASL, NFL, NBA, NHL, College football v1 & v2, FFL

By 2030, Major League Baseball has totally modernized. The DH has been implemented in all games, instead of just games in AL ballparks and the annual All Star Game. Two die hard baseball fans, one of them, a fan of the New York Mets from Long Island and his twitter friend turned real-life friend, a Cincinnati Reds fan originally from a small town in Kentucky who moved to Brooklyn, were disgusted when Commissioner Manfred announced DH in NL baseball. They formed their own baseball league, the National Baseball League. It is going to have 40 teams. No DH, no replay. Old school baseball.

I second that. Either this prediction or something similar MUST happen someday.

Let's be honest. That way, there will be a great well-balanced schedule for all teams; when one team faces its other 5 division rivals twice (home & road), and faces the other 6 non-division teams once (3 home & 3 away, with home-and-home series alternating every 2 years) for a total of 16 games instead of 18 or even 22.

For the playoffs, instead of 6 spots, it should be 8 (2 division semifinals & 1 division finals per division). That way, there won't be any crossover divisional matches. Just pure East vs. West finals/series to dispute for the Grey Cup in every single season, as the way it should be.

(I posted this in another thread)...

The CFL needs more teams because fans can't take seriously such a small league.

Sure the Grey Cup is a fun national pride event... yet when they keep telling me 'the real season starts Labour Day' then why should I care for the previous 3 months?? Don't get me wrong, I love that the CFL plays all summer & ends in winter, it's cool.

I just don't get excited for the playoffs, which we should be, when 6 of 9 teams qualify.

I want at least 12 teams in the CFL.

I agree with you on that one. And I'm not from Canada. But in order for the CFL to have more than 12 teams or upto 12 as the max, I bet the league itself needs to do too much scouting on cities with legit football stadiums, plus the money investments and the fan support.

SCHEDULING:

FBS 1A:

Each conference has 16 teams, 2 divisions.
Every team MUST play 12 games each season.
Every team MUST play their 7 divisional rivals, leaving 5 games to schedule.
Of the 5 games remaining to schedule:

- 1 MANDATORY game against team in opposite division of the same conference.

- 2 MANDATORY games against other League 1A opponents in any conference.

- 1 optional game against a League 1B school.

- 1 optional game against an FCS school

FBS 1B:
Each conference has at least 12 teams, 2 divisions.

Every team MUST play at least 10 games each season.
Every team MUST play their divisional rivals with at least 3 games to schedule
Of the games remaining to schedule:

- 1 MANDATORY game against team in opposite division of the same conference.

- 2 optional games against League 1A OR League 1B opponents in any conference. (MUST schedule at least 1)

- 1 optional game against an FCS school

As far as the American and C-USA are concerned, It would be mandatory for them to play 12 games.

PLAYOFFS:

FBS 1A

•8 teams, #1 and #2 in the nation on opposite sides of the bracket.
•4 spots reserved for Conference Champions.
•Remaining 4 spots are determined by the four highest rankings in AP polls of teams that have not clinched a playoff spot.
•FBS 1B teams may qualify for one spot in the playoffs IF that team is undefeated and within the Top 8 of the AP poll.
•First Round of playoffs would have games played in the highest seeded team’s home stadium.
•Second Round of playoffs would resemble today’s model of the CFP, where the remaining 4 teams would play in 2 of the “New Year’s Six” Bowls
•First Round of playoffs would begin the week after the Conference Championships

•Second Round and Championship Game would follow the current CFP schedule.

FBS 1B

•4 team playoff, however, the 1B Playoffs technically begin during the conference championships.

•All four spots are reserved only for conference champions.
•Like the current CFP, six rotating Bowl Games will be associated with this playoff for the first round.
