Helmets Indeed appear to have the 94 logo, which is the cherry on top.  I see why they don’t use the 3 stripes full-time....it screams adidas.  I’m surprised they went with it here considering the stripes were downplayed on the 94 jerseys.

This set looks pretty great tho, especially with white socks & cleats for color rush.  Would love to see them wear them once with red socks/cleats.

This is an upgrade over the Black CR set.

Someone earlier said that the helmet logo is the old one...and he is correct.  The reason why red is not chosen;  they have to wear red pants.  I wonder what would happen on the Thursday Night game vs the Raiders, where both teams have white color rush unis... One of them will have to wear their regular togs.

Supposedly color rush isn't mandatory anymore, so not sure that big a deal.

Thursday nights are no longer Color Rush games. And they could have chosen red if they just wanted an alternate.

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

did they have to do the white to satisfy color rush? I can't imagine choosing white over red if that was an option. I would rather have a mono red uniform with the throwback jersey.

I wonder if they chose white and had it already selected when color rush was dropped.

I would guess they chose white to keep the legacy of the SB-winning red jerseys in tact. Plus it satisfied color rush.

This fulfills three categories...Alternate, throwback and color rush....Most teams have the color rush with the regular mix and match alternates, but not with the throwbacks.

The Saints and Giants may be the only other teams that fit this category.

My question is, since they are calling it color rush. Does this allow them to keep around the black jersey. As much as I don't want them too. I feel this is possible. They did say this new jersey would be worn for one home game. Not 2 like you see with normal alternates.

Understatement.

Should've gone red tho. Ball dropped.
