Still find it strange that Barcelona isn't with the other western teams. I'm guessing travel to Barcelona is difficult no matter where they're placed. Good move IMO. according to the ELF subreddit there might also be some traction around some of the premier teams in Scandinavian leagues like Finland or Sweden potentially joining in the near future. Supposedly reps for the Helsinki Roosters and Stockholm Mean Machines have been previously sighted at ELF games with league execs in I think either Berlin or Hamburg (Northern Germany based teams anyway). Osos would be great, but the initial images seem to be trying to link the team to Real Madrid, which would be odd (although, Dragons were aligned with Barcelona back in the NFLE days).
