Because the Bills, Dolphins, Patriots, Bengals, Browns, Steelers, Colts, Texans, Chiefs, Raiders, Chargers, Cowboys, Eagles, Giants, Packers, Bears, Vikings, Buccaneers, 49ers, Seahawks, and Rams all wear full-length pant stripes more often than not.
