TruColor
As most of you know, the multiple Blues and Metallics that the Cowboys use has always bugged me. I mean, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Metalllic Silver Blue, Metallic Silver (Gray), Metallic Silver Green, Black, White, and a Gray facemask. Way too busy. So, I've combined the styles of the Cowboys' current roads with the home uniforms, changed the color scheme to just Navy Blue, Metallic Silver Blue, and White, and tried to come up with something that's not too far from their current tradition. The new facemask is Silver Blue; this only uses ONE pair of pants instead of the Silver Gray on the road and the Silver Green at home. All and any comments and criticism are welcomed. slapshot
I think the star's a little big on the sleeves, and I'd like to see a blue facemask.Other than that, it's much more cohesive than the jambalaya of metallics they use now. vicfurth
It's really nice. I might try lightening the silver, though.
VitaminD
If anyone could ever compel the Cowgirls into unifying their colors, this is the way they should go. I was thinking they could go with royal blue instead of navy, but then they'd start encroaching on the Lions' look... then they'd have to add black facemasks... and black trim around the numbers and the sleeve striping... then a black 3rd jersey... then I'd have to gouge out my eyes and scream. So yeah, navy's cool. "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it... In old New York..."In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17.
BBTV
I like what you did here design wise, however if you are going to standardize the metallics, I'd have tried keeping the metallic silver green. I hate the cowboys more than I hate Charlie Manual (trust me, that is saying a lot), but I always liked the color of their home pants, and while I agree totally that standardization is in order, I'd probably keep'em. The helmet would probably look fine in metallic silver green, but I'm not sure if the navy jersey would clash w/ the pants. Cujo
I really do wish Dallas would do something about their colors. Anything done to their current unis would be an upgrade. This concept is pretty nice, but I dunno about the star on the sleves. I think they'd look better without them. At least you got the colors to match, which is a major plus. Good work. ColeJ
i would have gone with metallic silver green, and royal blue... i've never been a big fan of the cowboys, but i really like metallic silver green. it's a very unique color, that really looks great on the pants, especially. FiddySicks
They need to keep the classic style jersey for the homes. Either that or go back to the Double Star On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) Chazberg
Sorry dude but I think the home white jerseys are in the category of untouchable. Though I wouldn't have minded if they'd made the double star jerseys the full-time homes.....but I'd rather see royal blue become the only blue and a royal road jersey. charles-noerenberg.com

BBTV
I'd have tried keeping the metallic silver green. Are you SURE????: I see your point...I guess it works better w/ royal blue. BBTV
Sorry dude but I think the home white jerseys are in the category of untouchable. How? It's not like they've had them forever. So they won three superbowls in them. Does that make the Patriots untouchable?
