I got a little bored today during Computer Science, and I thought of doing this. 12 hours later I finished this. I decided to use the original helmet, so a shout out to SSUR for the drawing. I also got the photo from kjholling.tripod.com/xfl/xfl_helmets_2001.html

I still remember XFL so well. I remember i was in San Fran the the day before the season opener and i got to run on the field at Pac Bell Park, well, untill i got kicked out. Then we flew to Hawaii for the Pro Bowl and i watched the Las Vegas Outlaws take on, well, someone else at the bar behind the NFL Prime Time stage. Ahh, good times.

Anyway, now that my trip down memory lane is complete, I really like this concept, but the Purple looks a BIT too light to me

Those helmets are tight, a local semi-pro team in my area is called the southsound shockers and they use the same helmet logo but with a S instead of a B. One of the players, who is one of our football coaches, said they use the actual tampa bay bucanneers creamsicle uniforms, like leftovers or something, but I dont know if he was just fcking with me. I havent seen them play so I dont know for sure.

Yeah, the XFL rocked. I actually saw a Spaulding XFL football still in the box for sale at the SportChek nearby a couple days ago. I almost bought it just for a collector's item, heck if it's still there I still might go buy it.

Back in high school I did a research paper on the fall of the XFL, so I've always had a special place for it in my heart. The Memphis Maniax were my favorite team, but the Bolts had the coolest helmets.

It would be great to see some new XFL concepts. Hell, I might end up doing another one. If someone wants to start up a contest, have at it.

too bad we sucked as a team- I went to the first game (against the Maniax) at Legion Field and the place was packed out- people were certainly excited for it at first, but the excitement quickly went away.
