Almost all...IIRC, Switzerland wore their older ones for that first game vs. the US..means they probably didn't get the new "Swift" jerseys...The others have.And to be honest, they're kinda growing on me...the only thing that really drives me crazy about these new jerseys are the vertical stripes on the front of the socks...at least Canada got it right by getting the traditional stripes.
