I don't mind the whole tribal motif because they probably won't stand out so much on TV, but having the names as the same colour as the jerseys? That's inexcusable.

At least the names are outlined. I saw an Oregon basketball jersey during the Men's Tournament that had names that were the same color as the jersey without an outline. The only way to see the the names was the difference in the material and certain lightning and even then you couldn't really see it.
