He iz distroyin da teem!! He'z cancer!! Teem killah!! Diz iz jus T.O. bein T.O. He'z evil n needz 2 b kickd out uf footbawl 4eva!!!

In all honesty though, T.O. has to know better. Anything he says is going to get analyzed like a motherf***er. He cannot mention names, ever. He cannot be critical of ANYONE else, ever. Any criticism must start with "We" or "I" not "Trent" or "the offense" or "the defense" or the like. It all has to be self-critical or all the stupid ish he's ever done will be replayed and rehashed and it'll just be another reason for NFL Live, Skip Bayless, and the wankers on sports radio to spew their venom.

T.O. has to realize that he is different than anyone else and has a margin of error the size of a postage stamp.

1- Realize that if a team starts 0-2, they have a 13% shot to make the playoffs even though MIN, MIA, and SD made it last year and the NYG made it on '07 to win the Super Bowl.

2- Every time Bobby Carpenter is singled out on NFLN or ESPN it is because it is a "bit" to display the inactivity of most OSU linebackers. A failed Cowboy of "Dat Dude" knows how locals realize that Bobby can't get past special teams.

3-Raiders/Chiefs is now a "Battle of the chump QBs and bad OLs"

Boy, I tell you that sports is so much more enjoyable when you remove ESPN from the equation. Don't watch it, don't listen to it and I don't read it. All of these micro-crises constantly mentioned here are the only places I ever see them.

If people actually get upset over T.O.'s totally innocuous comments then they really need to get a life. He was right. His reputation doesn't change that. Skip Bayless is a :censored:-ing moron. I really think that the only people who take him seriously are those that don't have a clue about sports but want to pretend that they do. Same deal for sports radio and...well just about any talking heads show on ESPN.

Ain't that the truth. The only things I watch on ESPN are live games, races, and NASCAR Now. The rest is just one big bunch of losers sucking each others :censored: s. That's what I think anyway. B)

Week 2 might well be the week we get the first clues as to who stands a chance of getting into Superbowl contention. Some massive match ups.

I think NJmeadowlanders could well be watching a vital game to both teams. Can the Patriots put up a more convincing performance? Is Sanchez the real deal? Lots of interest there.

And the other New York team has a vital trip to Dallas as well!

The Ravens and Chargers is a possible AFC playoff match rehearsal.

And thats just the good teams lining up against each other. Plenty of basement battles around as well!!

The Buccaneers have been in the NFL since 1976. For the first time, in their 34th season of play, Tampa Bay is playing at Buffalo.

How in the hell did that happen?

Wow. But I guess the fact that one is in the NFC and one in the AFC is a factor. I guess the rest of it is just a trick of the calendar.

I n the days when there were 28 teams, teams that finished last in five team divisions only played the last place teams from the other fifth place teams in the other conference. The Bucs finished last place allot during this period so in the years the NFC Central played the AFC East they did not match up so it slipped through the cracks.

I know how the scheduling works.

They've played 8 times, and all 8 meetings have taken place in Tampa. That's the astounding part.

How is JaMarcus Russell THIS bad?

EDIT: Actually it may not matter. The Chiefs look even worse. How do you let an 80 yard drive get killed because you're not watching the clock and time runs out? That's high school :censored: right there.

It's official, the Saints look like they are the 17th best team in the NFL as we speak.

Yes because the Chiefs and Raiders are for sure better.
The Chiefs and Raiders only have bad records because they have to play an AFC schedule. If they were playing an NFC schedule, they'd be playoff teams, easy.
