That's Ernie Davis of Syracuse. The inset is Bob Ferguson, the 61 Heisman runner up. Those red jerseys were stripeless.

The jerseys in the first post look like the "sleeve" is gray with a black and red Northwestern stripe. They somewhat resemble these jerseys

Forgot the link, It's about Bob Fergueson (ohio state) losing to Ernie Davis(syracuse). The upper picture is Fergueson. So I was wrong, my bad  im embarassed now. But the other pics of fergueson I found were plain jerseys, so I think they are a concept.

Those are official according to Gene Smith, the OSU AD. The uniforms will be worn against Michigan on November 21st. They will be worn to honor the 1954 National Championship team. White helmets will be worn with the uniforms.

where did you hear that white helemts will be worn?

They're not the worst looking jerseys I've seen, but it is going to be really weird seeing those on the 21st. I also can't tell what is going on in the shoulder area, so it is kind of hard to judge based on this, and we don't know about pants and helmets.

Who else is participating in the "Nike Rivalry Uniform Program?"

The weekend of the Big Game looks pretty weak as far as traditional rivalry's go, especially for Nike teams...a few Big Ten games to look out for:

Iowa vs. Minnesota

Purdue vs. Indiana

Penn St. vs. Michigan State (not traditional, but two Nike teams)

The next weekend has several possibilities, however:

Texas vs. Texas A&M (Thanksgiving Day)

West Virginia vs. Pittsburgh

Nebraska vs. Colorado

Alabama vs. Auburn

Florida vs. Florida State

Gerogia vs. Georgia Tech

Missouri vs. Kansas

North Carolina vs. NC State

Arizona vs. Arizona State

Utah vs. BYU

LSU vs. Arkansas

Clemson vs. South Carolina

Mississippi vs. Mississippi St.

Virginia vs. Virginia Tech (possibly the jersey to the right of Ohio State that rcb05 noted, especially since the game’s in Chralottesville)

Then of course, the next week theres Oregon vs. Oregon State (imagine the possibilities!)

And the week after, the mother of all rivalries, Army vs. Navy

I've heard rumors of one for FSU since I posted last. I think it's interesting that so many of the games you've posted only have one Nike team, and on the road. If you're going to do a special jersey of some sort, I'd think you'd want it to be a color. Of those Nike vs. non-Nike games, only Georgia would have the opportunity to wear colors.

edit: FSU will be unveiling one at 3pm today, to be worn on November 21st against Maryland. No, I don't have a corroborating link. Comes from a guy on an FSU board who is pretty reliable.

It's been rumored on multiple message boards that I've been on. It completes the throwback. It's a white helmet with a red stripe down the middle and the player number on both sides.

You know, these look a hell of a lot like the Nike Pro Combat jerseys that FSU just unveiled rather than actual true throwbacks. I wonder if we're gonna see some crazy s**t go on with the Buckeye's unis, specifically the pants, like we did with FSU.
